Well labor day has come and gone (it is 12:46 am here), and with it all the chaos that it brings.
My husband and sisters were off for the holiday,so we decided to get together.We had originally planned to go to the beach for labor day weekend, but the weather didn't agree with us.At the last minute my sister calls to ask if we could just have the party here.I ,of course,agreed and so it began.
I went from sleeping to cooking in about 30 minutes,trying to get everything ready for a BBQ.The house quickly began to fill up as my sisters brought their significant others and children.We cooked lots of food including chicken breast,hamburgers,hot dogs,2 kinds of pasta salad,chocolate dipped apple slices and more.
The kids enjoyed trying out the track for our Hex Bug Party next weekend
After we all stuffed ourselves with food,the adults played a game of Trivial Pursuit -Bet You Know It.This version is so much more fun then the original.We had a blast laughing at and betting against one another.
All in all it was a great day and we all had a good time.

Thanks! Yes it is good but not too good for my waist! The Hex Big party should prove to be something..10 crazy kids,crawling electronic bugs and lots of laughter!
