Pure Body Naturals Garcinia Cambogia

The Pure Body Naturals version of Garcinia Cambogia is one I have not reviewed for you yet. This bottle is a 45 day supply of the supplement if taken as directed and gives you 3000 mg per day of the weight loss blend.

The new super strength supplement boosts metabolism and suppresses appetite, helping you to curb those cravings and avoid snacking without those annoying hunger pains. It also stops fat from being made, helping you to burn off the calories you take in, instead of turning them into fat you have to lose.

You simply take 2 tablets, twice a day to get the full effect of this. Many of the ones I have tried say to take it shortly before meals. This version does not say that on the bottle, but I went ahead and did it that way so it would be active while I was taking in food.

The tablets are a bit big and more difficult to take than a capsule, but they can be broken in half if need be. They leave no aftertaste in your mouth and don't leave you jittery after using. In fact, most users of these report no side effects at all. Many users actually say they are in better spirits and feel better while taking these, which could very well be due to sugar levels.

There are many benefits to losing weight. You are more healthy and have more energy of course. Losing weight helps you feel better about yourself

Have You Seen the Crayola Paint Maker??

My kids love to be creative. They love drawing, sketching and sculpting with clay just as much as crafting, beading and doing scrapbooks. If it involves originality or personality, they are all about it. When I saw the chance to review the Crayola Paint Maker through Expo, I knew my daughter would love it.

The kit comes with the white base paint, 15 individual snap lid containers for paint, color chips, a brush and paper as well as the mixing machine, storage trays and travel handle. You can literally create, paint and take it on the go, using just the items in the box.

When you first open the Crayola Paint Maker box, there is a small bit of assembly. You have to snap the side pieces to the machine base using the provided clips to create your whole workstation. This provides a slot for each little pot of finished paint and a place for your brush, paint chips and larger base paint bottle.

The process is very simple. You fill each of the paint pots to the fill line and add your desired paint chip color combination. The kit includes 25 strips each of red, blue and yellow paint for a total of 75 paint strips. The color chart shows example colors and how many strips of each color is needed to create them.

Using the kit is simple. You fill a paint pot to the marked line with the white paint. next you decide on the color you are making and the number of chips you need to make it according to the chart. You drop the chips into the pot, close the lid and insert it into the correct spot on the mixer, twisting it to lock into place. You then rotate the handle, causing the mixer to go up and down to mix the paint. We noticed that sometimes the paint doesn't mix all the way, but we just used the brush to stir it so we got the right color blend.

When finished, you decide on a color name, write it on the label and attach it to the paint pot for you own custom color creations.

My only issue with this was there is no place to carry the paper with you unless you tuck it down in between one of the sides and the base. It doesn't stay there very well and it folds the paper which my daughter hates. The other thing I noticed is that the tray for paint chips opens when carrying. We didn't lose any chips but it was a concern and I found myself watching to see if they fell out as she walked.

Adovia Moisturizing Day Cream

Have you ever tried any Adovia products? I had never heard of them before I was selected to do a product review a few months ago. Since then I have had the opportunity to try several of their products and have been satisfied with all of them.

The latest item I tried was the Moisturizing Day Cream. This moisturizer offers deep hydration, lending your skin a soft, radiant glow. Designed for daytime use, this moisturizer is fast absorbing and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy or slick after application. It blends into your skin quickly and with minimal effort, so you can get done and get on with your day.

Blended from Dead Sea Minerals and combined with natural oils and aloe vera gel, the Adovia Moisturizing Day Cream hydrates your skin without damaging it in the process. It can be used as a base for cosmetics, or just applied twice daily for skin hydration. I used it alone to see the results. I do not use foundation or powders, so I have no idea how well it works that way, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it perform the same.

My favorite part about these products is that they are cruelty free and are never tested on animals. Plus they offer a 100%, no questions asked money back guarantee. How awesome is that!

Preparing For Summer Camps

Even though the kids are back at school for the year, that doesn't mean we stop thinking of summer. In fact, when one summer ends, the time to start planning for the next one begins. One of the things the kids like to do during summer is go to camps. they attend several day camps, youth groups and functions throughout summer and we sometimes have to decide what they want to do more because of scheduling.

When preparing for summer camps we have to consider many factors, Will the kids stay there the whole time? What supplies or accessories do they need? How much clothing can they bring? Will they need money for things while there? the list goes on and on. It can be a bit overwhelming trying to remember everything you need, which is why we start so early.

There are helpful online summer camp resources such as Tips on Trips and Camps. You can search local websites for camp information or the state listing to see available camps, or just do some research on your own. Making a list is always helpful so you can cross items off as you go. If you are anything like me, you will actually end up with several lists of the different things you need, have to do or want to remember. Taking advantage of available resources can save you time and headaches.

Even if you aren't like me and it doesn't take you whole year to get it together, there are still some great ideas and information out there. You can find tips on packing bags, ideas for entertaining things to take, tips for selecting camps and much more. It never hurts to take a look because you just don't know what you may come across. In my opinion, anything that serves a purpose or fills a need and saves me time and hassle is a win!

I Tried the Flawless Future Powered by Ceramide Caplet Serum

As I get older I try to take better care of my skin. I avoid going out in the harsh light when I can and try to protect my skin any way I find.

As part of a recent VoxBox from Influenster, I was able to try the new Elizabeth Arden Flawless Future Serum. This clear serum has tiny ceramide caplets inside that burst and come out as you pump it. I admit, I wondered when I first saw it what was the point behind the little balls, so I read the package and discovered this is the reason.

The serum leaves your skin feeling renewed. I noticed it was softer to the touch and felt more clean and healthy. The application is easy, if a little messy and it didn't leave my skin feeling sticky after using it. That is a big plus to me. I hate having the feel of residue on my skin after using a product.

I have been using this for several days now and my skin seems almost brighter. I don't know if it is the serum itself on my skin, or the effects of using it but it appears more vibrant and clear. I plan to keep using this to see what long term results I get.

To find out more, or purchase your own, visit Elizabeth Arden.

My Vitality Vox Box from Influenster

I have been a member of Influenster for months now and love participating in their Vox Boxes. I get to sample great new items and share my opinions for chances to get even more free items. How great is that! I love getting these boxes full of mystery items and can't wait to see what is inside each time.

I was sent a bottle of Pure leaf iced tea to try. I actually like their tea, but I prefer mine sweet. This unsweetened version went to my son after i tried it. He didn't mind the taste but said he prefers their sweet version too.

The next item in the box was the Playtex Sport Fresh balance tampons. I had heard great things about these before trying them. They have great designs and the odor shield is a plus too for active times and on the go.

The Bikini Ready Gummies was the only item that was sample sized and I guess that was because they ran out of the bottles. I was still able to sample them and found they have nice flavors and not a bad aftertaste. I noticed a slight burst of energy and would probably try them again if I saw them in the store to see a more long term result.

My favorite item in the box was the Softlips Cube 5 in 1 Lip Care. I was sent Vanilla bean, which is normally not something I would try because I am not a fan of vanilla. I was surprised to find that the flavor wasn't like I expected and I would buy it if there weren't any flavors available that I liked better.

The First Degree burn cream actually came in handy a few days ago. My son was messing with my steam mop and burnt his arm. I applied this right away as instructed and he said even though it seemed to burn at first, it did fell better later. The burn only lasted a day or two and was not as bad as I originally thought it would be. I keep this in the bathroom now, ready for any other kid accidents.

The Elizabeth Arden Flawless Future Serum was something I really enjoyed trying. This left my skin feeling soft and smooth.

My Vitality Vox Box had several fun things for me to try, and best of all, they are full sized products, not tiny samples. I hope to be trying more soon and you should join me!

Garcinia Cambogia Extreme Weight Loss Formula

If you are wondering about the Garcinia Cambogia craze, wonder no more. I have personally tried this supplement and am going to tell you what I think about it.

This bottle of 180 vegetarian capsules is designed to last for 30 days. You take 2 capsules 30 minutes before eating, 3 times a day. Of course, you will get the most benefit from this by watching what you eat and exercising while taking it. I tried to limit snacking, cut down on fats like mayo or sour cream and drink even more water than before.

I noticed weight loss within days of starting this product. I wasn't as hungry or as often as usual and I had more energy to get up and do things. I also noticed I didn't east as much when I took these as directed. I felt full more quickly and often didn't finish my meal at all.

I had a steady drop of several pounds a week during my 30 days of taking this supplement. By the end I had dropped about 15 pounds. I wasn't working overly hard because I have limited movement on one foot after my surgeries. If I had been able to work out as much as I wanted, it may have increased my loss even more.

Revolutionary research has shown that Garcinia Cambogia provides the following benefits:

- Increases weight loss by 2 to 3 times what a person would lose with just diet and exercise alone
- Blocks fat production and turns fat into glycogen, which helps burn fat
- Suppresses appetite and curbs cravings
- Increase lean muscle mass
- Increases serotonin, leading to less emotional eating, improved mood, and better sleep
- Reduces cortisol, the stress hormone, leading to decreased belly fat
- Decreases bad cholesterol and promotes healthy cholesterol
- No side effects

Adult Dental Issues

Having made some mistakes in my own dental health, I try to do things differently with the kids. My kids all visit the dentist both through school and individually, and have always had great results. We try our best to remind them about brushing and keeping their teeth clean and cavity free on a daily basis, so they won't forget. We buy kid friendly flavored toothpaste, battery powered brushes and colored rinses to make brushing more fun and less of a chore to them.

At my oldest sons recent visit to the dentist, we were told he is most likely going to need braces. He has done well at maintaining his dental health, but his teeth are starting to grow in the wrong places. They have given him a little time to see if the teeth will straighten themselves as the last of his baby teeth have come out and his wisdom teeth are removed. If they don't do it on their own, then he will have no choice but to have something done with them.

You can imagine how opposed he is to this decision. He is a teenager, so the last thing he wants is a mouth fill of wires and rubber bands. He doesn't want to be made fun of or have his food intake restricted either. Not to mention, he is worried that he would have to wear his braces through the rest of high school and while starting a job.

We have tried to talk this over with him and have looked into the available options he would be facing.  Using an invisible tooth straightening system like Invisalign is one of the choices he will have. Invisalign is a great option for someone that isn't looking forward to having the clunky metal braces. It is a way to get the treatment needed, while avoiding the embarrassment and hassle of the old style.

There is no perfect answer when faced with something you really don't want to do, but that is a hard lesson for a young adult to learn. We will just continue to follow up with the doctors and see how it goes. At least now, if we find he does have to have the braces put on, he knows there is another choice besides having all that metal in his mouth for years.

Collage.com Photo Books

Do you love giving personalized photo gifts but hate the time it takes to create them? I enjoy being able to give someone a gift that they have never had before, so making something is a perfect way to avoid a duplicate gift. I am not crafty enough to make anything great, so I like to create them online instead. Photo books are my favorite gifts because they keep giving. They are great for showing friends or just to go back and look at again and again. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes hours to gather all the photos, sort and crop them and align them all.

Creating a photo book just got a lot easier. Collage.com's new One-Click Photo Book is the fastest photo book builder available. Our innovative auto-placement engine instantly suggests a perfect layout, placing photos of any size in chronological order over the desired number of pages. This puts your photos front and center - No more shoehorning them into prefab templates. Best of all, our aerial overview allows you to quickly swap and resize photos from any page instead of making you work one page at a time.

*I will be reviewing a book or two for them, so check back to see how they turn out!

Mabel's Labels Ultimate Back to School Combo

With school back in full swing, we have already begun to hear the words, "Where is my" and I can't find". It seems like something is always either missing, or mixed up somehow. My boys are forever getting the wrong socks and boxers, even though they are different sizes. I tried marking tags different colored markers, but not all items have tags to color, leaving me with the chaos of a million mismatched pieces that need sorted.

Instead of dealing with the clothing drama, I found these cute clothing labels for my younger son from Mabel's Labels. I figured this would make sorting their clothes that much more simple, and he would enjoy the cute characters too. The Ultimate Back to School Combo includes a variety of label items for him to use in colorful, personalized designs.

In this combo pack you get-

40 Skinny Minis labels that are dishwasher and microwave safe
50 tag Mates for clothing that are washer and dryer safe
16 Shoe Labels which are waterproof ans UV resistant
2 Teeny Tags that are waterproof and UV resistant

The first thing we tried was sticking these to Aiden's clothing. This would allow him to sort his own clothes quickly and with less hassle. The labels attached easily and worked great on the tags to his boxers, shorts and jeans. We don't normally have problems with shirts, since the boys have such different styles. We did try the labels on a few just to see how they worked on ones with no tags. They did stick well on tees and button shirts, but they bunched with the material of his athletic tops. They are that silky moisture wicking material, so we actually  didn't expect them to work with those at all.

We used the shoe labels on his flip flops and sport shoes. They worked great with both styles and even helped when he had to change shoes for gym. He left his on the floor and had the same shoes as another kid in his class. When the kid grabbed the wrong shoes, he knew right away from the label inside that is was not his, and who it belonged to.

Aiden loved the labels but his favorite part of this package was the two Teeny Tags. These little tags arrive complete with rings for attaching them. These work perfectly hooked to the zippers of backpacks and lunchboxes. It makes them easy to identify and adds a little flair to their stuff too. This matters to kids anyway, but especially when they can only have limited styles, colors or designs due to school rules. This little touch of personality is a big plus and a hit with all their friends.

Aiden found a ton of uses for his labels both at home and at school. He put them on folders, notebooks, binders and even his locker. He used them to mark all of his supplies like colored pencils and pencil sharpeners and even used them to mark his project for science. At home he labeled his storage containers, his collection boxes of cards, rocks and gems and his finished Lego creations too.

Mabels Labels offers options for preschool through tween and even ones for household use too like spice, craft and canister labels. You can select from solid color and designed label options, fun characters and more.
