My Little Student of the Month

My daughter graduated first grade this year with an A average for all classes for the year. Not only that, but she did so in accelerated classes and was selected as Student of the Month for May. It is not that I expect any less of her, because I am very tough about grades and school. It is more the fact that she gets up every day excited to go to school and learn. She enjoys reading, even for fun and can read at well above her grade level.

I have tried to instill a hunger for learning in all of my children and hope that they continue to embrace that throughout their lives. For now though, I am content with my little princess and her very special achievements. Congrats Reagan!
