Military personnel, especially those who served in the front-line, deserve to be allowed to avail of low-cost housing. After all, they do risk their lives in defense of our freedom. It would be great if there are also incentives for soldiers who have been handicapped in battle and for families who have lost loved ones in the line of duty.
