As a mom, I have encountered just about every kind of trend or fad that has come and gone. I have purchased everything from electronic bugs to super expensive dolls, just because the kids just had to have it. Usually, after a few weeks or months, they lose interest and go on to the next thing, leaving the previous items behind to collect dust.
