Doll Hoodie and Paint Kit from Design and Dress Me

 After completing our review of the Nightgown kit from Design and Dress Me, we were given a chance to try another of their fun projects, the hoodie and paint set.

This was such a fun kit and so easy to use too. I love that it comes complete with everything you need to design your own doll hoodie right in the package.

The hoodie itself is thin enough to use over just about any outfit your doll has on. It features a nice stretch that allows it too look like a jacket, and not be too snug. The hood is large enough to fit over styled hair and can be worn up or down. I loved that this has a zipper so you can leave it open if you like and don't have to pull it down over their head and mess up the hair. It zips easily and stays in place once closed.

The paint colors in the set are nice and vibrant, and they show up really well against the yellow color of the hoodie. They apply easily with rounded tips, and you just leave the hoodie out to dry once finished with your design. No need for an iron or any heating to create this, so the kids can do it all by themselves. There is a generous amount of paint in these containers and we had plenty left over to design other items or add more to the hoodie later if we wanted.

This makes a great gift and can be taken with you anywhere. A perfect way to stay entertained in the car, on vacation, sitting in the bleachers or just relaxing at home. It takes only a small space and a bit of creativity. My daughter completed hers in around 15 minutes and with no mess to clean up after!
