I am posting this in response to a request from Mom Select.
Primrose Schools is hosting a family fun conest where you can submit a video of your family showing off all your fab(or not so fab) dance moves.
This is a project for the whole family so be silly and have fun-that is what they want.
The purpose behind this is to encourage more physical activity .As many of you know the obesity rate for children has skyrocketed and lack of physical stimulation is a big factor in this. Take a minute,make a video and enter to win some fabulous prizes-
It is super easy to compete in the Family Dance Off simply-
1. Record a 30-second home video of your family's best dance moves. Be creative !
2. Visit www.FamilyDanceoff.com and upload your best take from now until March 19th, 2010.
3. View and vote daily for your favorite family dance video.
